ASSET MANAGER

2-Star Mobile Home Park. Needs Take-Charge Asset Manager To Make It A 3-star Community. Carterville, IL

We are a 100+ pad 40%-occupied community in Carterville,
IL.  Nearly all residents own their own mobile homes. All-ages community.  Paved roads.  Great school district.  City water and sewer.  Decent community with potential to be much more.  It is your responsibility to take this community to the next level.

We need an Asset Manager who can:

• Find and oversee rehab crews to fix mobile homes
• Process paperwork to buy new mobile homes from factories and coordinate getting them moved in.  You will need to get competitive bids for the moves, plumbing hookups, electrical work, etc.
• Place ads on CraigsList to attract new residents to move mobile homes into the community
• Find and oversee landscapers to mow lawns and trim or remove problem trees
• Assist Property Manager enforcing rules
• Other tasks as they come up to improve the property both physically and financially

Compensation includes:

• Compensation will be around $50,000 on-target
• Cash bonuses for every mobile home you help us sell

We are looking for candidates who live in the Carterville area. It’s not required to live in the community, but if you want to, we can arrange housing.
